Match report On a bright and sunny day in Boston Manor, Rajput Samaj hosted Friends United for this T20 match.

Friends United won the toss and elected to bat first. Openers Nirmal and Piyush started well and scored at good rate. Nirmal lost his wicket trying to score some quick runs. Captain Piyush along with Ramesh formed a brilliant 2nd wicket partnership and scored at excellent rate, specially Ramesh who hit couple of switch hits, one of them nearly went for 6. They both lost their wickets in quick succession, Piyush scored 30 and Ramesh 24. Nikhil lower down the order score a quick fire 14 with couple of massive sixes. At the end Friends United's inning finished at 118/8 after 20 overs.

In reply Rajput Samaj started very well and their captain Pratik scored some quick runs but Friends United bowlers kept chipping at wickets and kept Rajput Samaj scoring rate under 6. Excellent spell by Hilpesh who took one wicket from 4 overs but only gave away 14 runs. Dilesh Narotam also bowled well and as a result it came down to last bowl. Rajput Samaj needed 2 to win from 1 ball and Paarth top edged it four as Friends United has all their fielders inside the circle to save one.

It was excellent match played in good spirit.
