Friends United captain Piyush won the toss and decided to field first and his decision proved correct as they picked up 2 wickets in quick time but excellent partnership between Prinay Patel (42 runs) and Devang Amin (63 runs) threaten to post a big scored some but some brilliant bowling by Dinesh (2/24), Nikhil (2/19) and Dharmik (2/22) and lastly good return spell from Ramesh (2/20) meant Dharmaj were all out for 141 in 34 overs.

In reply Friends United new opening pair of Piyush and Nirmal begin very well as they made first 50 run partnership of the season and were 52/0 after 9 overs when Nirmal took a risky signal and lost his wicket. Soon after Jigar fell LBW to Devang and then Piyush (23 runs) try to fish outside the stump and lost his wicket. Then a small partnership between Dilesh (27 runs) and Ramesh gave Friends United some hope but some regular wickets and silly shot selection meant they were bowled out for 120 in 32 overs.
