Match report It was a top of the table clash between early leader DD Warriors and third placed Friends United in this exciting MPCL T20 Cup at Boston Manor.

Friends United captain Piyush won the toss and decided to have a ball first. They begin well as Ramesh Magan took a wicket in his first over. But DD Warrior's Hemanshu Damania and Kevin played some excellent and took run rate to over 6 an over after 6 overs. But Ramesh took out another 2 wickets to reduce them to 78/4 after 10 overs as excellent bowling by Dilesh Narotam from other end meant the run rate started to go down. Then on Friends United's spin duo of Sejil Ramniclal and Hilpesh took over as they took 7 wickets quickly to bowl out DD Warriors for 94 in 18th over.

In reply DD Warriors opening bowlers begin well as they kept run rate to under 2 in first 3 overs and in process took wicket of Piyush as well but in form duo of Nirmal Ramgi and Ramesh Magan scored some quick runs to put them on correct track and once Nirmal went out, Jalpesh Vijay went berserk as he smashed 44 runs of 17 balls with 5 fours and 3 sixes to finish off the game in 13th over.
