Match report Rajput Samaj won the toss and decided to field first on good looking pitch at North Acton Playing Fields.

Friends United begin well with opener Nirmal hitting first ball for four but he got a thin edge and Rajput's wicket keeper didn't made any mistake to take the catch. Piyush and Sejil consolidated then onwards and tried to rotate the strike but once Sejil lost his wicket, Rajput's Bharat bowling his quick left arm spins took out 4 important wickets to rip the heart of Friends United batting line up, including captain Piyush, who was just biding his time and hitting ball in middle of the bat, but he got really unplayable ball. Friends United finished on 77.

Rajput Samaj didn't begin well and had to work to earn every single run as Friends United fielded really well. Ramji took two wickets to give hope but 77 was never enough to stop Rajput Samaj marching on to Semi Final. 60-70 runs more and Friends United could have given them a fright.

Friends United next game is against Neasden 2nd XI in League.
